With a proven track record of driving growth for prominent Fortune 50, 100 and 500 companies, Christine is a respected authority on customer experience strategies and technology solutions. Her illustrious career has seen her hold key executive positions at Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, and leading marketing agencies under the Aegis Dentsu, Inmar, and United Business Media networks.
Christine is acclaimed for her exceptional ability to craft award-winning, data-driven, customer-led, and AI-enabled customer experiences that drive sustainable growth across the entire customer journey. Her collaborative partnerships with technology firms have resulted in the development of innovative products and services that enhance competitive advantage, customer engagement, and loyalty.
Furthermore, Christine has been an integral part of the Salesforce Partner ecosystem for over 15 years and currently serves as a member of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Partner Advisory Board. Since the launch of Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP for general availability in 2021, Christine has delivered numerous Data Cloud proof-of-concepts and implementations. Her valuable insights continue to contribute to the product advisory board for Salesforce Marketing and Data Cloud.

Christine’s philanthropic efforts focus on collaborating with esteemed academic institutions, where she serves on both the Oxford University Kellogg Commission on Sustainability and the Dean’s Leadership Council for the University of California - Irvine Graduate School.

Christine holds a degree in Vocal Performance, Music History, and Theory from Oberlin College and Conservatory of Music. She is also an accomplished actress and operatic soprano, celebrated for her notable performance debut at Carnegie Hall.
